Vinay Analytics is committed to protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and security of client information and data processed through our analytics and data integration services.

Data Security

Vinay Analytics applies appropriate administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction.

Encryption

Data transmitted between systems is protected using industry-standard encrypted connections such as HTTPS/TLS where applicable.

Access Control

Access to client information and systems is restricted based on business need and the principle of least privilege. Access is limited to authorized personnel and systems required to provide the relevant service.

Credential Security

Authentication credentials, API secrets, passwords, encryption keys, and other sensitive credentials are not intentionally stored in public repositories or embedded directly in application source code. Production credentials are intended to be stored using appropriate secure credential-management mechanisms.

Amazon Advertising Data

Where Amazon Advertising data is processed, Vinay Analytics uses such data only for authorized business purposes and only for the functionality required to provide the applicable analytics or data integration service.

Amazon Advertising data is not intentionally published on public websites or made available to unauthorized third parties.

Access to Amazon Advertising data is restricted to authorized users and systems on a need-to-know basis.

Client Authorization

Vinay Analytics only accesses or operates on behalf of clients where the client has provided appropriate authorization and permissions.

Data Retention and Deletion

Data is retained only for as long as reasonably required to provide the applicable service, meet contractual requirements, or comply with applicable legal obligations. Data that is no longer required is intended to be securely deleted or disposed of.

Security Incident Response

Vinay Analytics maintains a process for identifying, assessing, tracking, responding to, and resolving suspected security, privacy, or data-protection incidents.

Suspected incidents involving unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse, or compromise of protected client or Amazon Advertising information are investigated promptly and appropriate containment and remediation measures are taken.

Reports should include sufficient information to help us understand and investigate the reported issue. Please do not include passwords, authentication codes, API secrets, or other sensitive credentials in an initial report.
